Anxiety can be quit deadly for us guys as it tend to make us cum more faster and not able to last long when having sex.

Talk to a doctor before and he told me that this can be controlled using breathing technique but need regular practiced.

Controlled breathing is a technique that you can use to relax very quickly. It will work best if you have practiced it regularly even when you don't need it.

Here's How:

1. Breathe in and hold your breath for 10 seconds. breathe out.
2. Breathe in though your nose on a slow, silent count of three.
3. Push your stomach out as you breathe in (not your chest).
4. Breathe out through your nose on a slow count of three.
5. Repeat breathing in 3 seconds and out for 3 seconds for 1 minute.
6. Repeat step 1 to 5.

Breathe slowly though your nose and push your stomach out rather than your chest. this allows you to breathe with your diaphragm and to get deeper breathe.

Be sure that you pace your breathe so that you have some breath left by the time you get to three.

Tips:

1. If you feel light-headed breathe more slowly.
2. Practice twice a day for at least 15 minutes and you will remember the steps when you feel anxious.

This something the manhood therapy (Jua Gen) lady told me during one visit.

She told me that if every morning when we wake up and our penis is fully erect, we can hold the shaft of our penis turn in clockwise 10 or 20 time (can't remember the number of turn), follow by anti-clockwise 10 or 20 time in a slow and comfortable manner.

By doing so, we are able to exercise our base of the penis and in long term it will make our penis more stronger and abit longer.

That is something I myself believe also but sometime guy are short of confident of themselves when making love and they start going around to looking for information or solution. That is something I hope everybody can share and contribute over here instead of opening thread after thread asking for the same old question again.

Wear Loose Clothing at Night and Ride Out Morning Erections:

During the night as you sleep your penis goes through several erections that act as “maintenance” to the spongy cells inside. Many times when you wake up in the morning you’ll find yourself in the middle of those erections, called “Morning Wood”, and find it difficult to go soft. It’s important that you realize the MORE erections you get the healthier and harder your future erections will be.
This means during the night you should make erections as easy as possible by wearing loose boxers and avoiding any tight or constrictive underwear. When you wake up in the morning, ride the erection out and let it last as long as you can. Do not masturbate to make it go away.

Change Your Diet:

Your diet has a lot to do with your erections because your erections have a lot to do with your blood circulation, blood thickness, and testosterone levels. All of which can be increased through eating the right foods. Consider adding the following to your regular diet.

Below is some information taken from another thread posted by surfjunkie

There are many claimed potions, tablets, sprays and cures for how to last longer in bed, and how to have sex longer. None of them work. Some cause skin irritation, some cause so much numbness to the penis that you can't even feel aroused, some potions have off-putting smells and others just simply don't work.

Premature ejaculation is both a psychological and physiological problem which are inextricably linked. However by following the tips below, you will see an increase in performance and see that you can last longer in bed almost immediately.

Without any more waffling, my top 10 tips are as follows;

1) Learn to stop! Don't go at it like a bull in a china shop. If you feel yourself getting close to the point of no return STOP. Withdraw your penis and change what you were doing.

2) Breathing. Control your breathing through your nose with deep breaths. This will slow your whole excitement and put you back in control.

3) Wear a condom. A cheap and easy (and not at all suspicious) way to reduce sensitivity to your penis (particilarly the tip (glans)), thus helping you to last longer.

4) Stimulate your partner. Forget about yourself. Almost as much pleasure (without the ejaculation) can be gained for both partners, if you concentrate on pleasuring your lover. Step back from your own penetration and work your magic with your hand or mouth to bring your partner to climax, or almost climax. You can then carry on after your partner is satisfied or join in just as they are about to climax.

5) Circular motions. Stop overstimulating your penis head and alter your penetration technique to a circular motion so that all your penis (hence less of the head) gets stimulated.

6) Location location location. Or rather position. Your partner on top reduces your movement and excitement (unlike you being on top doing all the work). This can greatly help the control you have and stimulation you receive.

7) Diversionary tactics! At least for your mind anyway. No, don't think of your mother naked. Instead hold the tip of your tongue on the roof of your mouth. This is a simple trick, effective and unknown to your lover.

8) Masturbate first. If you have been getting excited all night with your partner then the build up of anticipation is too much and will almost certainly result in premature ejaculation. Offset this by popping to the toilet and masturbating 10 minutes before you will be making your move for real.

9) Stay in control. This may encompass some other aspects of these 10 tips but if you have the mindset of being in control, instead of getting over excited, then you can withdraw at any point, change position, give oral stimulation and generally decide the outcome of the experience.

10) The 'behind the balls' muscle. Forget it's scientific name. Hold this muscle or press it with your hand when you feel the urge to come. A little practise with this technique will be an immediate relief.

Improve Your Blood Circulation:

Bad blood circulation is an erection killer, so it’s time to stop putting it off and finally start exercising. I’m not asking you to get a gym membership (which usually never works for most people because of its inconvenience). Make it a habit to exercise, go for a jog, lift some weights, go up and down your stairs. Remembering to exercise is difficult because it hasn’t become a habit for you yet. Remember, start small and go from there. Even if it’s only once a day, when you get into the habit of remembering to take care of your body it slowly becomes instinct and you’ll be able to increase the amount and quality of your exercises later.

What food should men eat to improve the quality or quantity of their sperm?

Fertility start with general good health, a diet rich in fresh food and leafy vegetable is advised. Men's diets should include vitamin and minerals like vitamin C and E, selenium, zinc and folic acid.

These vitamin are natural antioxidants which basically fight free radicals that attack and destroy the membrane that surrounds sperm. Infertile men have been found to have a higher concentration of free radicals in their semen compared to fertile men.

It is also advised drinking just one to two cups of coffee a day and no more than two ounces of alcohol twice every week as alcohol is sperm poison.
