just wondering the process of it. I feel like getting it done as i heard it is more hygenic. I'm also wondering who i should approach for such an operation leh. Last time i heard is a urologist but it can be damn expnesive leh.. u know specialist leh... any brothers who have done it recently or last time, care to share info?

Yup, I have done my cicumcision. It is more hygenic and sensitive to sex...hehe...

Brudders out there have no worries if you think of doing so. In fact, it is so common. By the way, I'm Chinese.

Procedures
1. Go for checkup with Urologist Specialist. (you can go for normal doctors but I will not want to risk with my small brother)
2. Urologist will recommend and advise.

Operation Procedures
1. This is a Day Surgery
2. You go in the morning to hospital and wait for your turn.
3. Then you are bed-wheeled to the operating threatre.
4. Local anesthesia(LA) is given instead of General anesthesia(GA) because this is considered minor operation.
5. The urologist surgeon will give an injection to your didi...pain of course but endurable.
6. Then after that, your didi no feeling anymore (numb), this is really the time that girls will die if you screw them because you have no feeling at all and can last hours.
7. Operation BEGINS!!! No pain but slight discomfort. They will use a cloth to shield your eyes from seeing what is happening down there.
8. You will be able to feel cutting, sewing but no pain actually.
9. You can chat with the nurses and still pick them up too.
10. After 20 mintues, operation over.
11. You are moved to a resting area for another 15 mins and moved again to a bed area for 2 hrs to rest.
12. After 2 hrs, you can go home.
13. MC depends on you. I have taken 3 days MC but it is not enough for me. ( I think 1 week at least)
14. You will need to clean the wound everyday slowly and mobility is difficult at least for 2 weeks.
15. Infection is normal initially but will recover by the 3-4 week.
16. NOTE: YOU WILL BE OUT OF ACTION FOR 6 WEEKS!!!
17. If someone accuse you of rape, you can countersue them because there is no way to perform for the 6 weeks.

Forget to list down price....really depend on which doctor you go to.

I went to NUH, Assoc Prof Lee, Urologist, top doctor there.

Operation is $650. You can claim $300 Medishield and the rest pay by credit card or cash.

Before Sam relocated to the this new site, I did start a thread on circumcision, basically was asking other ppl's opinions on how long it would take to recover after the operation. Had mine done under GA coz the urologist said I would be too tensed during the operation. Before u have the operation, tell the surgeons to ascertain the right amount of foreskin. You would know why when u erect (assuming you have fully recovered). I took 2 weeks MC, first 4 days, excruciating pain, one single drop of water on my dick can make me jump, hehe. Took me 2 months to recover (from the first day of operation). For those who r contemplating of having a circumcision, just do it coz its worth it. More hygienic and more pleasurable when the girl blows you.

Yeah, I did collect it back, kept it under a safe place, memory lor hehe..about the MC, I just approached the HR manager n CEO, said I got problem with my anatomy, hiyah for me didnt feel embarassed coz both of them guys but I also made them sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement. In the end, only 2 people knew about it. As for my supervisor, the CEO told her I had to undergo an operation on my thigh. Cheers!

what kind of examinations did you go through to be certain of the amount of foreskin to be cut off? how to confirm with doc about that? i thought it should be quite standardize about the length of foreskin to be cut off?

another piece of info for bros out there who wants it to be done. I consulted my malay friend who did it during his child times lar... he told me about the case of his cousin who did it in his early teens. they went to a family doctor to get it done instead. in a way, this doctor should be quite skilled in this operation for kids but unfortunately, don't know why, he didn't do it well for his teenage cousin. not that he lost part of his "german helmet" but he have to do the circumcision twice. first time the wound was not sewn properly and the foreskin grew out again. so he have to do it again.

another question. any bro did it during their NS? if got, care to share the procedure about how to get it done?

yoZ mate! I think you can get it done at Mout E for $500 bucks...I did it about 1.5year back...it take only about 20min and after that can go home....the doctor will recommand not to move too much during this few days and he gave me 5days MC...I can't remember the name of the doc but he is good...both my cousin and me are done up by him...as i am not in singapore right now..i can't give u his address..i only remember that his office is on the 12 Floor of the Mount E building...pretty good job done...dun ask me how it feel with sex...coz mi no experience yet...

they neber question me...coz that time i was going ORD soon...and also...mi sitting on MSG estab when i am only a CPL...hehe...so i only need to report to my MPO who is quite nice since i do so much stuff for my unit...even officers habe to see my face...coz all the promotion and stuff depends on me...hehe...but they got ask why MC lah..then i say cock too big...hehe..go cut skin...hehe...haha...buy only told my MPO lah...hehe....but my MPO is also another chio bu ah...steady poo pi pi one....but too bad married liao...hehe...

not sure abt the current practices now, but in any case if you are going for it tell the doc not to remove the lump of skin on the underside of the gland.

hmmm... ok i went to see my urologist about it lar.... got some info for bros who intend to do it. i discussed it with my urologist and he manage to persuade me not to do it firstly beause there is no such neccessity for me so he ask me to save up the money for other things. for men who had reach adulthood and want to get circumcision done, all will be under general anasethetics which means you will konk out totally while the operation is done. doctors will know what length of the skin should be remove... if he don't know and did a bad job... you can sue him.... after all.. all operations have the risk of unsuccessful ones.. no matter what operation it is be it major or minor... so if you keep tio 4D and TOTO, when you go for circumcision, you might be the "heng" one to tio the minor percentage of unsuccessful one lar... which means you might die, or your didi will not be able to function normally... so basically his advice to me is to do it only if necessary.

I heeded his advice lar.. as for the rest... up to you to take the risk heh :D

price i'm not sure... definitely not cheap.. coz i went to mt alvernia... if do it there.. booking of operation theatre plus bed for day surgery etc etc... and of coz those gas that you sniff liao a bit high one to give you general anasthetics.. plus the equipments so on and so for... maybe around $600-$1000 odd

Had it done at a private clinic at Holland Close many years back which my Malay friend recommend...about $100-$200...What an experience...you can actually feel the cutting and sewing action...but there is no pain at all...I took about more than a week to recover...As usual,there are a lot of dos and don'ts...For example dun eat seafood esp. prawns coz they cause itching--which I believe is true...But the most painful will be the first urinating part...Your urine will be all over the place...But after it is cured,it will make cleaning it a lot more easier...


If I am not mistaken,medisave should cover part of the operation,if it is done in a hospital...

hi, i have mine done not long ago, but so far so good, no major problem. r ur problem due to the skin too dry, or maybe the dick still sensitive from recovery? the only thing i guess ur problem is the block are cause by the pre sperm or the left over sperm which u had just masterbate and not totally wash it clean. i have this problem sometime also, the spern sometime stick on my underwear with my urine hole, quite pain when try to plug out. but urine no problem, can pass smooth through the hole even the hole is "block" with sperm. i also quite curious about ur problem. advise to u is go to see a doc, see what he say, got blood might quite serious. if not wrong u still ns right? can go see ur mo. take care, and nice day.

hi, really no definate answer for ur question. there r pros and cons. usually circumcise dick the dick head r less sensitive( more or less). those who like it one say can prolong the sexual intercourse time. some don't like because the head not as sensitive as before. as my case , i still satisfactory my sensitive level of my dick head although a bit not so sensitive as before. nice day.

A reason why circumcision is done is also penis cancer. There is a saying that didi cancer is unheard of in men circumcised since youth. Didi cancer jialat 1 u know.. either the full or part of didi has to be cut off :eek:

hi bro, not so clear ur remark, but i had saw this kind of report from newspaper before, penis cancer the only way to cure is to cut off the affercted part. and report say those circumcise penis had much lower chance to get penis cancer, nice day.
