RM 1100 on peak period may be tough..., u may wanna look at 2 separate bedrooms rather than an apartment, then you can golower to say 3 - 4 star hotel, say about RM 150 per night X 2 rooms = RM 300 X 3 nights = 900. Just a suggestion...
