i think im in a weird situation
im early 20s to mid 20s... masturbate daily and is able to maintain erection for as long as 20-30mins(subjected to interest maintained or not ) and able to ejaculate.. but however, when doing the sexual intercourse, i was not able maintain erection nor ejaculate... with or without condom. resulting handjob for finishing... any1 can help? or shall ur views please? sorry for the lousy english |

In my humble opinion, having hard on for 20-30 minutes during masterbation is considered "very lousy". I am almost 50 and I can hold my hardness for two hours when I masterbate... because I am simply lying. When come to real sex with lots of movement (panting), I probably last 15 minutes of continuous movement....
Depending on your age, I think you should stop masterbating and sex for two weeks to one month. During this time, do more exercises and more norishing food to build up your strength and endurance... Good luck to you. |

i have same problems too, although it has improved slighty over the year...
