HIV/STDs & Broken skin

As we know HIV/STDs can spread through open wound/sores, how about broken skin like the picture above? Does it count as open wound? Will vaginal fluid with HIV/STDs able to spread through skin like these?

This is probably due to the area being itchy and constantly scratching it which result in this.

Not an open wound in my opinion... But, there are stds that can infect you by only touching the skin... But this looks like only normal skin allergy... Chill lah..

TS i don't think so unless maybe if there is an obvious cut but in your case i highly doubt so
