Small Red Spots Located at Penile Head
 

Guys, with experience, any idea what is this? My first time was in 2015, went for a HIV test and came out negative in early 2017. Few days ago, I saw this red spots on the head of my penis, It isnt itchy, or there isnt any pain. Please advice. https://imgur.com/a/ItNysba c :(

Here's a quick reference chart, but I reckon you should see a doc bro. Could be a herpes relapse.

If you only tested for HIV it wouldn't catch herpes.

Does not look like anything serious. If there is no pain and no itching and it goes away soon I wouldn't worry too much about it.

If it's still there after a week see a doctor.

Herpes would hurt like hell plus you'd feel a tingling sensation before the onset of an outbreak.
