U can have one official and another "unofficial" :) If u are capable and rich, you can have as many "unofficial" wives :D

What I understand in the Ancient China if you are rich you can have 1 legal wife and many legal concubines but in this modern world I think it is impossible :)

The oversea authority where you intend to register your marriage with your partner will check with SG Govn. on your married status.
So, don't think we can have 2 wives.:(
Keep mistress is a better option, but involved alot $$$$.
