Am i being paranoid?
 

I saw these bumps in the above 2 photos around 3 days after sex. Now, it has been close to 4 weeks since sex and i noticed some new rashes on my arm (4 small red pimple-sized rash to be precise) since last week. I have been quite stressed out for these few weeks so i am not sure if the rashes are due to disease or just stress

Raw sex with whores ? Alright anyway ts , the standard way of doing is always go for a test after 4weeks or so if found you had fever , rashes or anything funny during that period .
It may or not related to your raw sex but if you're losing sleep over this then you should go for a test for a peace of mind .
There's not much to further advise the condition you had share here really , other then advise you to go for a proper test as you had perform raw .

FB still not so worried . but then since is RAW and she's a FB meaning also she can FB with some other dude too , the only one best advising would be go for a test . no need guess no need pondering no need suspicious or paranoid over things .
Get yourself test and wait for result best .

In the meantime Don't stress .
