under bowel depression
 

An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:

I am having a bowel depression and wish that human bowel can be done by manual way.
How do u ensure a clean bowel daily ? I always attempt to squat longer but didn't help. I cannot identify if my bowel has been cleared. After I assume is cleared mind later I have urge again.
this is destroying the quality of my life.
Dr say take more fibre etc I took and have a normal bowel movement but the problem of cannot identify clean bowel still exist.
