It's basically an open street with shop houses where girls sit in there and the mama-san will invite you to come in. It's pretty much a do and get out place, so don't expect any GFE. Sessions are 20mins, 30mins, 40mins up to an hour, but some places offer 15mins if you ask.

Closest station is Dobutsuen-Mae station on the subway. If I remember right, exit 2 is the closest, and then a very short distance from there is a shopping arcade (should be on the right, or specifically, South). Go along the arcade for some distance. If you're going at night, most shops will probably be closed, you'll just hear some karaoke with old Jap songs along the way. About halfway along the arcade (a bit after you pass a large supermarket on your right), take a left (that's East) on to a rather brightly lit street and that's it.

Not the best instructions, you can probably Google around for better.

and u can choose the gal if u pay extra 1000.

I personally tried tobita shinchi, the place starts around 3pm and end around 1am. The mamasan will approach u with the gal just sitting behind. Rules if the house is empty means someone is inside "doing". Just walk around and if you find someone you like just approach the mamasan.
How to engage "Ikura Deska" = how much? "System" to them is the menu.
"Enchou itai" is what you tell the gal if u wanna extend.
"Fericho" means BJ in japanese. "Paizuri" means BM.
Most gals are very accomodating and most are quite foreigner friendly nowadays.

YES. if Mamasan wave u to come in means the gals are ok with gaijin. Just walk around and slowly choose. Be WARN..mostly AV quality but there is a monster street with those Grannies...and MILFs...which are normally cheaper.

Just F and Go but in any event u run into trouble(highly unlikely) there is a small police post nearby.

I would suggest JUSO as another place of entertainment where ladies will seat down and drink and chat with U...

By the way near Tobita Shinseika area there are lotsa "underground cinemas" if thats your thing...lols

I see Juso is north of Umeda after the river. I'm assuming these are local pubs/bars and it's foreigner friendly and they can speak okay english?

Read there's lots of authentic local cuisine there as well.

There is a Juso Information Counter at the beginning of the street where a guide will provide u with info on the entertainment places.
