Run like hell. Unless he wants to be a married monk. Or get agreement that he can fuck anywhere he likes after marriage. Sex never gets better after the rings are exchanged. It almost always gets worse. And after kids...forget it. So if its starting out with no sex, its never going to improve.

How long have they been dating? Is she looking to settle down with him? Is he willing to wait? Because if marriage is on the cards, wouldn't sex be in the itinerary at some point? Wouldn't it be prudent - for the girl as well - to "test drive" before buying the car? What if after all that anticipation, it turned out to be the worst sex ever?

"Difficult to get turned on" means it is up to your friend to convince his gf that it does not have to be difficult at all. Also for some couples, sexual chemistry takes time to build.
