i am having ED problems for some time arady.
used to take off market cialis but after taking for many years, it seems not to work anymore.

i started to use Vigred also hit & miss.
if i put delay spray it makes matter worse.
Can get long but it is very soft.

any bro have any advice or solution.
i don't want to disappoint wife hehe ...

Go and see a urologist.

Try the hard way, it helps me. Exercise, stay away from fizzy drink & cigarettes and stay away from stress.

I went back to gym doing mainly cardio and sleep regularly (as in proper sleep). It helps me but need time to see results.

How old are u TS?

1 yr ago i was having ed .... cannot get veri hard and then veri fast go limp .... i decided to take some measures....

1. try to increase tetesterone....go watch some youtube on tips on how to do this.
2. eat well stay in shape .
3.quit pcc and porn .
4. relax when hav sex .... keep trying .... the more u practise the better u get....
5. take some tongkat ali supplements like the double coconut or tongkat ali coffee. but i dont take everiday ....not even everiweek ..... i take 1 packet a mth to nourish .... in addition i also take L. arginine and occasional maca ....

these are my wat i ve gone thru .... it will take some work and commitments ....hope it helps bros here....
stopping pcc and porn is a huge factor too.

I think ED will befall most guys during our lifetime. Happen to me when i was late 20s. It just happened. Nearly stress out. But slowly, it just came back to life just as when it just suddenly die off.

Many factors can be attribute to stress. Low confidence in ourself etc. Unexplainable.

For my case, more to stress and "boring" with my missus etc. Actually come to think of it, its really a bad mind game about myself. Because now i yearn so much for my missus, but at that point, when my missus always give me what i want, it becomes a easy sex and less interesting to me to the extend i find it mudane.

But now, as you have guess it, my missus dont give me easily, makes me yearn for her even more.

Its always our mind playing the tricks.

I guess stress plays an important part especially when we are living in a city.

I suffered from ED when I was 23 year-old. First time trying to have sex with my first girlfriend. I couldn’t get it up, I had lots of alcohol with friends just before meeting her. It was quite a disappointing experience and subsequent times, I suffer mentally, fearing that I’ll not be able to get it up. So I think ED can be more mental than physical.

Another thing is I was quite addicted to porn and pcc, at least twice a day. This habit desensitized our brain and give us a weak noodle when the real thing happens. What I did was reboot my brain from porn and pcc. 90 days challenge without porn and pcc, but after just 2 weeks, I was getting strong boners and finally able to have sex with the girl. Since then, ED wasn’t a problem anymore. I do have trouble getting it up on rare occasions but I just needed to relax and foreplay more. Now I still watch porn and pcc but not excessively.
