Extremely worried, what are the risks?

Had a drink too much, small head took over and visited prc fl. Super worried and anxious...

What was essentially involved
Mouth - licked ears and nipples
Penis - bbbj and cim
Finger - fingered her cb a few strokes

What I did afterwards
Feeling instant regret, I immediately went to shower and applied body soap on the penis. After reaching home, I used alcohol swab on the whole penis and balls. Also gargled with listerine. 1 hour later, I decided to apply liberal amounts of povidone iodine for 20mins before rinsing it off.

Diseases
HIV - some risk due to cim
Warts - can be frozen off immunity clears in avg. 2 years
Gonorrhoea - risk, treatable
Hep B - vaccinated when young, but maybe no antibody left
Syphilis - can be tested and treated
Chlamydia - can be tested and treated
Molluscum Contagiosm - Can be frozen off
NGU - can be treated

Herpes - risk, no cure, hopefully no symptoms 3-12 days after exposure
Trichomoniasis - no test for this?
Lymphogranuloma Venereum - related to chlamydia?

Scabies & Lice - treatable, itchy symptoms

Next time should just capped bj, or don't even go liao... sigh
Any samsters also did bbbj but never tio any thing?

Update: 7/05/20 ---------------------------
Hi all, a red rash with yellow pus has developed on the scrotum, it is not itchy, but it burns whenever touched by fabric or hand. 4 days since exposure.

Is it herpes? Should I go for a herpes PCR swab? :( Thanks.

Browsing through the forums I also realize the bbbj is dangerous. Some of the posts state that the annual rate of transmission for herpes, from female-male is 4 - 10% without outbreak and no condom. Other posts state it's 75%.

Cannot sleep, very depressed and suicidal now. Waiting for herpes to appear in the next 2 weeks. Also don't dare to touch my eye and face areas due to self-infection. Should just masturbated at home instead! What a waste of my life.

This is my first bbbj I really hope I don't get herpes. :(

I checked the DSC clinic, they only have Tricho test for females. I've also been thinking of a method to obtain metronidazole from the doc, to clear any protozoan infection that I might have.

I don't know why I am posting here, I guess it's to find persons with similar situation for comfort - just as they have terminal cancer support groups.

see if this makes you feel more comfortable.

1. HSV isnt just your issue, it is a global issue....accordingly to WHO, about 70%-90% of the world population has HSV1 and about 13% of people aged 15 to 49 years worldwide are living with the HSV2 infection in 2016
https://www.who.int/news-room/fact-s...-simplex-virus

2. HSV isnt gonna to kill you.

3. there are treatment (antiviral medications)available.

4. almost everyone with HSV lives a normal live.

5. it is so common that alot of counties does not bother to include it in the annual health screening or STD checks. from what i know, the WLs in geylang aint even required to test for herpes.. so my advise is only to go for the test if u have the symptoms or if u have a good reason for it..

6. it becomes somewhat subdue the longer u have it.. (shorter and lesser outbreak for most people)

other points to take note of...

a. condom does not fully protect one from getting it.

b. it is advisible for pregnant woman to inform their gynea about their condition.

holy fuck... bro pls share you experience such as exposure time-to symptoms duration, outbreak duration of herpes, whether getting warts frozen off is painful, or if you were cleared, but still experience some sort of idiopathic STD symptoms. so I can know what to expect. :(

Not easy finding gf, harder to raw gf, so I caved. The fl experience was crappy also, dick was limp (alcohol probably), couldn't enter her cb and resorted to cim instead.

fml.

That's kind true, if the prostitute does ball sucking/licking, which I assume is the SOP, herpes is still transmitted.

This old thread from 2008 says he had 8 encounters, 7 of which were capped bjs, but he still caught herpes. :o

True but the stigma is still there, especially when one gets a girlfriend. Do you tell her or hide? It's an ethical question but it's better to assume everyone already has it.

Problem is if I take the meds home, family will recognize it and know what shit I kenna.

I guess the comfort I take is FL less customer compared GL, so the odds of the fl having it is less? But that's stupid to assume as once herpes is there, it's there, especially for sex workers.

The annual transmission rate for sero-discordant couples is 4-10%, so I guess an one off sexual occasion is lower than that??

Re: Extremely worried, what are the risks?

I'm beginning to feel a stinging pain in my pee hole, as well as the occasional 2 second itch on the foreskin which comes and goes. FUCK!

Next thing to do is to squeeze my penis whenever I pee to check for any form of non-urine discharge.

Really Hong Kan liao; pleasure is illusory, pain is fucking real.

Have u got received bbbj from GL before? Or was it all capped.

Thedeathknight 05-05-2020 11:50 PM

Get a test done, bro, thats the only way to find out. I don't know how long one must wait to get tests, maybe the senior bros can chime in on that.

These could be some other symptoms, or maybe just you being paranoid. There's only one way to find out

Re: Extremely worried, what are the risks?

The risk for transmission from women to men was 1.7 transmissions per 1,000 unprotected sex acts (95% CI, 0.6-4.4) and 0.6 per 1,000 protected sex acts (95% CI, 0.2-1.7), or a 65% reduction in HSV-2 transmission with male condom use (95% CI, –5% to 88%).

https://www.healio.com/infectious-di...ed-with-gender

1.7 transmissions per 1000 unprotected sex acts for HSV-2 ... means what?

0.17% chance per unprotected act?
....

The average incubation period for an initial herpes infection is 4 days (range, 2 to 12) after exposure,
so i guess if by 15th may no symptoms should be ok.
