Might be folliculitis. Go see a doctor and he'll give you antibiotics and cream to apply on the infected parts.

Might be best to see a private doctor.

If no risky encounter then no need scared.

If the bump hard to touch, discharge is pus and blood, high chance folliculitis

If its a water filled blister, easily popped, then its HSV.

If you still need assurance just go to another doctor.

Treat this post with a pinch of salt ok. Im not a nurse or doctor

Those aren't "growths" they look like infected hair follicles based on the image. The one you show is almost large enough to be classified as a "boil".

If it does not start to heal soon you should seek treatment.

https://www.webmd.com/skin-problems-.../guide/boils#1

When to Seek Medical Care
  • You start running a fever.
  • You have swollen lymph nodes.
  • The skin around the boil turns red or red streaks appear.
  • The pain becomes severe.
  • The boil does not drain.
  • A second boil appears.

You have a heart murmur, diabetes, any problem with your immune system, or use immune suppressing drugs (for example, corticosteroids or chemotherapy) and you develop a boil.

Boils usually do not need immediate emergency attention. However, if you are in poor health and you develop high fever and chills along with the infection, a trip to a hospital's emergency room is needed.

The bacteria which causes boils can be transmitted from one person to another via skin to skin contact. However boils are not considered to be an STI because they can occur anywhere in the body and the bacteria that causes boils exists on the skin anyway but most of the time does not cause any issues.

Lancing the boil usually solves the problem but if you keep getting new eruptions a course of antibiotics may be necessary.

Boil is another kind of bacteria growing under the skin. Better consult another doctor, some doc may give powder antibiotic together with strong oral antibiotic.

I also recommend that you have a blood test done just to rule out diabetes. A couple of decades ago I had a huge boil on my armpit which had to be treated with antibiotics. This cleared up the infection within 5 days. However a couple of weeks later another boil appeared at a different spot in the same armpit.

The doctor sent me for a blood test to ensure that diabetes was not the cause. He then put me through another course of a different antibiotic and I have not had another boil since.

What is your HbA1c reading? Mine is 36. (5.4%)

https://www.webmd.com/diabetes/guide...bin-test-hba1c

The hemoglobin A1c test tells you your average level of blood sugar over the past 2 to 3 months. It's also called HbA1c, glycated hemoglobin test, and glycohemoglobin.

People who have diabetes need this test regularly to see if their levels are staying within range. It can tell if you need to adjust your diabetes medicines. The A1c test is also used to diagnose diabetes.
