Doing Airbnb is a lot of work.
Unless you're doing all the coordinating and cleaning chores otherwise not much profit margin.
It's good if you rent out your spare rooms to get extra cash to supplement income.
You're not pressurised because your costs are already fixed.
However to run a few apartment units like a business may not be feasible due to competition and overheads.
You've to also take into account on the wear and tear of your property and put in money for maintenance.
