Hmm... After you took the 5mg, do you have any bad side effects? do you have any good side effects?
If you can take the 5mg and you feel that its not really that effective, then you can try the 20mg.
I used to take 5mg. It works but after the 4th month, the good effects seems less as my body got used to the medicine. So i drop the 5mg, wait for 1 month and then whenever I know I wanna have a good time for the next 3 days, i just pop one 20mg one.
