Queston 1 - Please don't just buy either of the medication unless you are well aware of your current health condition. if there's any underlying issues, there will be complication.
Question 2 - i think that was the main reason why those with high blood pressure were told to take only low dosage
Question 3 - Arousal issue + Delay spray.. i think it'll become worse.. already not much feeling and you want to make it even less feeling?
