Yeah, tall lady with very fair skin, always liked to do her pedicure in red. Operated out of Balestier when I met her. Also went by the name of Snow.

There was another Rachel, also went by Yezi, Judy.... also in Balestier. Became quite a regular with her. At one point her blood sister was also FL-ing. Those were the days.
