Was in Nagaworld for a few nights and honestly its a pretty good option in Phnom Penh. They got a pretty busy FL joint called Darling Darling with locals, Viet and Thai. Also a good reasonably priced KTV with a lot of options. There is also a FTV club with FL's but the music was too loud for me.

You don't need to risk going out and can just spend the entire time in the hotel complex, they got lot of restaurants, casinos, shopping etc.

Tried venturing outside for a couple of nights, got ripped off in a KTV and the girn options outside are nowhere as good as inside.
