Prior to that it slipped my mind to inform other bros. From what was stated in some info from the forum about buying drinks and choosing girls, we did not run into any of this problem at Bacara, the waitress got us our drinks and did not bug us for refills or girls.
But there are the occasion girls walking around asking to sit with us. A humble and courteous "no thank you" is sufficient to decline them. But the best laid I had in BKK was a SYT i got from Rainbow 4 during the last night.
