Put your picture in a hosting site .. like ... photobucket.com (remember, your site becomes public property, once uploaded ..)
Once uploaded, they will provide an image link, like (apologies to Mayoress .. )

I inserted spaces, to show the URL
Then on the SBF site, click the buttom that looks like a mountain, the second button from the right, in the edit page, and it will pop up a text box saying "enter URL of your image"
Enter the above link, and then, click on preview, to make sure you are doing it ok, and submit
If you are good, you can bracket the image location between [ img ] and [ / img ] tags (remove the space between the tags.
