I think you've misunderstood Saboon KTV . There's the 17th floor and now building up on the 17th Lounge ( which is being built beside the 17th lounge ) .

Many outcalls are available and Saboon , if you know the right management does have CKT .

I don't codone "shaking head " as what you might describe it .
