Hey TS, I too have Fordyce spots on the underside.

It has NEVER been an issue for me. I've had hookers scan through and stare at my dick intently (some can be a somewhat comical while doing it) and none of them have then not proceeded to do what they intended to do.

My guess is that when erect, the spots cannot really be seen. I do have a very small ring at the bottom of my penis head but it's always been too small to spot.

Trust me, it's not like I've only been through a few bonks. I've had quite a few over a number of years. In all lighting conditions too if you're wondering. It has never been an issue. Either way, I hope you're not opting for BBBJ. If you aren't, typically hookers don't bother checking it that much.
