To be fair, I don’t think he suggested anywhere in that post that he is allowed to cheat and she isn’t. Anyway you seem sure that it cannot be done.

And then I’m not sure if information obtained in that manner would be legally useful or admissible, although he didn’t say whether it was intended for a court of law.

And he’d get into a lot of legal trouble if it came to be known how he obtained that information.
