Geylang wise, they don't really go there anymore for whatever reasons. The old hotspots around L24 are long gone ever since they demolished one whole side of it a few years ago for the new condo projects.
As for Orchard Towers, I'm not familiar with the scene there but if you read the OC Towers thread here you'll find that again, it's dying out if not dead already. Crazy Horse is no longer there too.
Long story short, if you want shemales in SG chances are you'll only find them operating online.
