For KTV, I go to De Boss nowadays. On top of Asia City Mall. All the PRCs and locals are quite good quality. Prices are only like Wave.
4 ppl went there for 4 hours. No tapau, 4 bottles of Whiskey(but black label only la). The bill was less than 3k, including the tips. Tapau should be normal la, 1k plus for overnight.
