2 years passed, Batam Beach Resort was partially completed (upper part fully completed, but underground part not yet completed).


Lobby is grand and well established with bar, inhouse restaurant which served inroom dining( western, local, Indian, Malay,), buffet, as well as premium grilled meats (think of real life Opus Bar and Grill at Voco Hotel in Orchard)
, Japanese restaurant, and bar.

There was club lounge serving breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktail at top floor

2000 room, 250 suites in that 5 star beach resort

There was Marina Bay Sands style of Shopping mall, with pricey food court, and bar, restaurants, luxury stores

4 star hotel owned by Tan boasted 300 rooms, 15 suites, restaurant and bar( similar to Hotel Renderzous)

Batam Beach Resort was reachable by ferry only ,there are ferry services by ordinary guests as well as premium yachts owned by Japanese meant for VIP guests as well as porn actresses, soapland girls..
)

Yuko and her assistants began to invite many bank executives to view the hotel and hope to sign deal with them
