Told them to put their hand to cover the small head. Palm half way cover head, with forefinger and thumb
gripping nothing at first. Then they can do the up down starting from there, rotate and screw or what their imagination takes them to..

Gotta tell them straight, bro. Usually if you are a regular, they will appreciate the feedback.
