Both Green Elephant and the Federal are more well known for full service (aka package fucks) with no massage. However, at Federal, there is proper massage from which some of the girls also do extras.
The proper and well trained massage places would include :
VIP Spa on the 7th floor of the Legend Hotel
The Health Spa at the Pearl Hotel at Jalan Klang Lama
The Spa at the Dynasty Hotel
Dorsett Hotel also has a good massage joint.
Theres also a good one at the entertainment and food complex next to Concorde Hotel but I forget the name. That's a HK styled joint but I forgot the name.
Also a good one in the City Bank building on Jalan Ampang. (Not sure if its in this building or in the Nikko Hotel as I have not been there for more than a few years; to this joint so I forgot, maybe theres one in both buildings.)
