Ok guys, cqueen is a crossdresser, going by his description.
With cross dressers, some are closet, dare not show themselves to anybody except maybe another cross dresser. Some cross dressers put themselves further in the "feel feminine" mode by sucking guys dicks and getting screwed.

Does he look feminine? Chances are, no, because he would look like a regular guy normally.
Is he a transsexual? I would say yes because and I quote wikipedia "Transsexualism is a condition in which individuals identify with a physical sex different from the one with which they were born." So it depends how often he gets to identify himself as being of the opposite sex. Obviously, from what he says, he feels even more feminine when he gets screwed.
