Don’t need to have all four to hit $10-15k per month. In fact (4) is not that vital compared to the rest. If the house has good stock, however dilapidated and/or remote the house was, the whore still got fantastic business ... good example is, BMW, Xiao Ba, etc. of Ex 2413 (OKT eagle’s first shop before he ended his business in 2060). House condition and location are secondary to whore quality.
