some thoughts/suggestions/questions:

1) find other hobbies that you genuinely enjoy, that are not expensive and not difficult to start.

2) also, how do you view women in general? how are your interactions with SYT, women around your age, and MILFs? what sort of things do you talk about with them? yes, there is the primal urge of sex, but I find that having interactions/discussions about topics/interests changes your outlook towards sex.

3) make sure you get enough sleep so that you can filter your thoughts and urges.

4) how's your life looking like in general? are you happy? feeling lonely?

i was thinking maybe you could look up for psychology services but not sure if your wallet would allow. could be very helpful.
