It has been a year for me. I can now chat with my friends while they are smoking and I do not feel tempted at all. It is all in the mind and you can conquer it

i agreed, same as many friends. Once on 20 sticks a day, and i told myself to quit, immediately went to 0 sticks the next day. smoke free for a year and going.
