Tips are for
1. Cheongsters with deep pocket and find WL provide good service
2. Cheongsters with deep pocket and demand specific services but the WL not necc accomodate

Majority cheongsters are just average joe... the house charge that much we pay that much... doubt if WL complain as they knew this before coming SG... some WL may be misled by tipsters and adjust expectation... this in turn lead these WL to provide poor service which in turn led to them complaining poor business ... now who is causing the out flow |
ultimately, if the chemistry is there, anything can happen. personally, when i come out to play , i don't limit myself to any budget.
