Actually, quite true abt the rooms. It's pretty small, dark and old. As I've never been to any Cat50 houses yet, so cannot compare.
But I did went to a Cat80 ( Thai-Chinese) house 1811 b4, and the rooms are better comparatively ( even the shower head got LED lights lolz ).
For Cat150s, I've only been to 3x Cat150 houses ( 1639, 16W12, 1654A ) and I actually prefer 1639 rooms coz it's the biggest and most "classy" imo.
