Agreed. It is technically not an affair but what I call love entanglement. I see it even as a one way street in some sense.
She can please find another job or he has to. There is no point mixing it up and screwing up their careers and those loved ones around them.
It's quite a clean cut IMHO. Much better than some of the shit other bros have gotten themselves into.
