penang has nothing compared to kl, yes u are right, there are no spas as good as E2 and saboon only normal massage centres. there are lots of okts at different hotels, places for shots/hour but no FL from penang. i do know many kl girls works as FL, but rarely here in penang. there are a few ktvs but not as good as kl, u wil be disappointed with them if u compared to kl.
