YES. if Mamasan wave u to come in means the gals are ok with gaijin. Just walk around and slowly choose. Be WARN..mostly AV quality but there is a monster street with those Grannies...and MILFs...which are normally cheaper.
Just F and Go but in any event u run into trouble(highly unlikely) there is a small police post nearby.
