Recently went there. Saw a ML that is of my type, so I ask the counter if she is available. Counter staff replied rudely that she is available but if I want that ML, I have to make a booking the next time I visit. She can't arrange for today. I just don't understand the logic in that seriously. Their service is really just getting worst.
