It doesn't really matters where or what they are, even in ulu ulu provinces you will have some families having home businesses selling makan & such
When I was in their industrial area there are surprisingly many enterprising Wetnamese hawking direct home cooked meals delivered daily also
Food & amenities is never an issue, its those "interesting" places that are not everywhere but I doubt KT have time to visit also
