Bro.. do leg stretches (as if u gonna play football or basketball, jogging etc.) every morning and night before u sleep... Stretches epecially the inner thigh there.. make it a daily habit like brushing your teeth etc....
Do have enough sleep.. watch your diet.. smile more..
