Thanks Bro for your honest FR! the reason for the leftover stubs is because after trimming and IPL treatment, those small stubs will eventually drop off as the hair follicles root die off, preventing hair growth. the approach is not like Waxing where its supposed to be smooth but hair will grow again. do PM me if you have any further queries.
