Sorry didn't manage to get her help us book her private party condo apartment.
I will try next time. I saw she has a package that comes with a singing room and 2 bed rooms.

However, I managed to get another mummy to arrange for KTV session at Plaza Sentosa.
Girl tip: 100 per hour, min booking 3 hours.
Need to pay a coverage charge of 100 MYR for her.
Better to communicate with the mummy one day prior going to select the girls via Whatsapp. Mostly are viet.
As such joint are not allowed to operate, we went up the backdoor via a back gate. The front door are seal with wooden boards.

2nd floor small room min spend : 304 MYR
2nd floor medium room min spend: 608 MYR
3rd floor small room min spend: 608 MYR

We ordered 24 bottles of beer - 1024 MYR. We went for HH so its 12:00-19:00, got the newly renovated (medium size) room at the 3rd floor.

Everything is ok till the 24 bottles of beer for 1024 ringgits. Are u sure? Beer for 300++ SGD??? Keto gao gao. If you go alone the nett cost is (340 (beers) + 132 (say 4hours the girl) + 33 (mummy) = $505) Why u even go JB for ktv.

I know elsewhere much cheaper but of course not in Malaysia. Won't say much as this is a JB thread. My point is really? You even willing to go JB liao and spend like this? With so many bros spending like his the inflation will go higher and higher liao.

I think for us (Singaporeans) is just to go sing-song and drink and try to make the girls get high and see got actions or not. The reason why we go over is that SG is crazily priced. In addition, I think a lot of restrictions dunno need ART to go or not, and by right hostessing is not legal. For Malaysia, I think also not legal yet but SG is really don't play play with the law they catch you very fast. For drugs, I think Nah we will never do it cause it is as good as ruining your whole life in SG.
