The morning ray has shine through the crack of the curtain of the room. Will slowly opened up his eyes as he twisted his body on the bed. He was not ready to get up as he slowly snuggled the naked body next to him.

He slowly sniffed the smell of the smell of his partner who slept with him since yesterday night. His hands were grabbing her breasts as he kissed Emmi’s neck.

Emmi moved slightly to adjust herself to ease Will’s hugging.

“Good morning…”

“Hehhehee… it was a wonderful night.”

Emmi turned herself to face Will. She kissed him and looked at him.

“I love you. My first time has given to you,” she said.

“So is mine.”

Will kissed her again.

“Let’s go shower together and we need to go downstairs for breakfast.”

Both of them had spent the night at the Wong’s residence. The party had ended late but Will and Emmi have been chatting late in his room till they end up making love to each other.

Both love birds came downstairs as Jeff and Lily were waiting for them for breakfast. The parents were smiling at the two youngsters.

“Told you they will be early…”

“I always had confidence with my daughter-in-law,” Lily said.

“Come on, you two… stopping teasing her.”

“Hahahaha…” the parents laughed.

Emmi was so embarrassed and her face was flushed red.

“You two had good time last night?” Jeff asked.

“Shuuuu… it was their privacy…” Lily said.

“Anyway… Emmi will you accompany Will to have our weekly dinner date?” Jeff asked.

Will look at Emmi… “No pressure.”

“Of course, I will since I am a member of Wong family.”

They had breakfast together.

CHAPTER NINE


It has been two days after the party; Will was at the lobby of Amazing Group that crowded with employees rushing home.

Will was waiting for May May.

She had something troubling her that she needed to talk to Will. The crowds of employees were getting lesser and lesser. Will was still waiting at the lobby till May May came down.

“Hi…”

“What’s wrong?” Will asked.

May May look tired and she was holding a bundle of files with her hands. She pulled Will’s hand and led him to the café.

“Please look at the figures.”

Will carefully studied the accounting books in the files. It seemed normal at first but with his experience he was trying to figure out what had happened.

It took longer before he voiced out.

“You know who is behind these?”

“Huh?” May May was puzzled.

“Do you know what is going on?” he asked again.

“I knew something didn’t add up and some of the figures by accounting department were fishy.”

“Someone has siphoned a large sum of fund out of the company.”

“How did you know?”

“Look the figures were not real, it seemed normal for a listed company but actually fund were gone. So someone must have siphoned out those moneys.”

May May kept quiet.

“Do you want me to investigate? I believed that accounting department was from Jimmy. Later if you know the truth, it will be nasty.”

May May still kept silent.

“What did you have in mind?” she asked.

“Find the truth first, get as many information so we can make better decision.”

May May nodded.
“Give me a few days.”

Sorry for late update, been busy for past few days..

The mamak café in OUG was busy with people. Will was having late dinner with Emmi since he had just finished my investigation. May May will be joining him there.

“Hi.. sorry I was caught up with a meeting.”

“Order something,” Emmi replied.

“So what did you get?”

“You definitely not going to like it.”

“I am prepared for it.”

“Jimmy was preparing to take over a few companies under Amazing Group. Therefore he siphoned a large sum of money with a few of his senior staffs. He had contacted a few business allies to help them. In fact, he had setup an empty investment company to perform the take over.”

May May shook her head.

“One more thing, he had a partner behind all this. We need to find that person.”

There was a silent.

“I didn’t know he was so dissatisfied and have such an ambition.”

“Well, it was always about the money,” Emmi said.

“He always competes with you and complains about how unfair the world is….” May May replied.

“I knew… that is why I rather leave the company, so you won’t squeeze in between. In fact, I never wanted anything except what I pursuit. Since we were young, I always compromise all his needs.”

“I know but I think that made him became who he is today,” Emmi said.

Will and May May nodded admitting their mistakes.

Will sighted “It is not easy coming from a wealth family… that is why I rather have a simple life.”

He looked at Emmi and smiled.

Before May May could continued, her phone ranged.

It was Hammy and she was calling for help. There were loud noises and screaming from the phone. May May’s face has turned pale. Her hands have gesture to be hurry and Will rushed to get his car.

They rushed to Hammy’s condo. The guards escorted them to her unit in Bukit Jalil. The door of her unit was opened and May May quickly rushed into the house. There was no one in the living room and Will could hear crying in the room. Before Will can composed what had happened, both girls already went into the room.

It was half hour passed; Emmi came out of the room.

“Dear, can you carry Hammy to the car? I think she is too weak to move.”

“What had happened?” Will whispered.

“She had argument with Jimmy and Jimmy beat her…”

“Why… I though they broke up already.”

“Enoughlah … it is also because of you.”

“Me?”

“It was between you and Jimmy, she likes.”

Will shook his head and headed to the room. Hammy was badly beaten with bruises on her face and arms.

“I think I better let you two talks about it,” May May walked out of the room.

“Are you okay?”

She shook her head and trying to avoid eye contact with Will.

“Say something… I am sorry, I didn’t know…”

Hammy was emotional and hugged Will tightly as she cried. Will patted her back while trying to find words to console her.

“Why… why it is not you…?” she was sobbing.

“Let me take you to the hospital and get your injuries attended. Then we will solve this out together.”

Hammy looked at Will and nodded.
