I tested my capability during my recent trip.

How old are u bro? Maybe age matters.

I experience the same thing as u. But not FLs. I have lost interest in having sex with my wife, so during the monthly routine with her, sometimes i feel im not as hard. I have to use a lot of mental stimulus to get going (like imagine fucking some pretty influencers etc) to complete the deed.

So now, with occasional issues, I take make concoctions of Dry Longan, Wolf Berry that is mean to improve kidney function. I also take tongkat ali water with my tea.
I have a apparatus that I do kegels with, 200 a day.
I use leech oil to jelq
Do strengthening squats, pull ups, abs, push ups. I used to run 3 times a week, but now due to health reasons, can't do that for the time being.

We are all different, and some have health issues, some don't but the machine is weak so it needs help.
