To my understanding, no more license, usually cannot renew.

From what's been described looks like they either had license revoked or not extended, though I thought at one point they were promoting a facial treatment as well that doesn't require massage license.

Its not 'super' serious as they are still open but winding down business. The serious ones get shutdown immediately n gotta clear premises within a week.

What I know message license just like driving license. 24 points for two year. If your offenses accumulated more than 24 points, you can't renew your license.

For serious case, police will ask landlord to close down the operation immediately. Enforcement officers may bring back the massage beds etc. It really depends on the offences.

Why is it illegal? Massage is part of TCM. I just had one recently to cure neck and shoulder soreness ... but is real TCM and a guy did it (could easily be female physician). Also required massage, ba guan. Perfectly legal. But TCM don't have enclosed rooms so the rules not so strict as spa.

The spa rules are quite funny if you have time to read thru. So the female therapists must compulsory wear name tag and full length pants etc. I have seen varieties from jeans (so means bottom roaming off-limits , yoga pants or leggings, pyjama type pants, ...)

Actually those who can really massage seldom fj unless you are friends with them a Long time and you mutually consent. I know of MLs who are like that. After a while you become fuck buddies but still better to pay her so that you get her off your back and she also knows it’s transactional. And you can be sure you are not the only buddy she has
