In fact SIA should force these pilots to do it if they want to still be paid. SIA pilots should be still wearing their uniforms with the peak caps on while driving the buses. And make sure the SIA logo is still on their uniforms.

Note these pilots say that driving buses is more demanding than flying airliners. That clearly indicates these pilots are grossly overpaid.
