Need Help: Wheel Clamp
Hi bros,
Anyone know of anyone who can help to release a wheel clamp? My best friend's van got clamped in his condominium. Story is pretty straightforward - van was awaiting carpark disc and my friend already did inform the management that he will be parking his van while awaiting - management said ok, but verbally. After a week or so, the van got clamped because of some siao on security guard. When he brought the issue up to the management, they said that they were never informed. So - his word against their word - and whilst the carpark disc will be issued, they are now demanding that my friend pay them $150 for releasing the wheel clamp. Basically put - I think my friend just buay song that he has to pay for it even though he had already mentioned it previously to them. Then just because of miscommunication, he now has to pay the $250. Thats why I'm helping him ask around if theres anyone - or anyway - that can help him release the wheel clamp.
