Condoms that are sold in Singapore legitimate outlets (convenient stores, supermarket, etc) need to be screened by HSA/PSB for quality.

The china brands you mentioned are often brought in illegally at cheap prices. These can often be found in some adult novelty shops, including those street side stalls in desker, geylangs etc.

Having said that, of course when you are in China, buy the trusted brands, or best bring your own.

imho, i wouldn't use rubber made in china. but OT abit on okamoto 002 rubber. i found it has very little lube and it's very uncomfortable for didi. anyone have same encounter?
