So then it's fine, just go to H81 or Fragrance, they ask for her FIN (work pass ID) and all is good. I did it many times, no problem. It's required for safe entry. If they don't write the particulars down, see what happened with some RWS hotels, closed for some weeks by the authorities.
Can call the hotel beforehand if they do transit stay, did it on the west coast and mount faber first time, I was always lucky to get a room once I arrived there.

It doesn't matter because the FIN ID card has employer name and address, so once they have the FIN they have the rest of the data as well.
